The “Computer unveiled – effective working” project shall be launched in December 2009. The project is designed for 320 participants aged over 45 and divided into 40 groups. One of the project objectives is to ensure that women constitute at least half of the participating group
The “Kolej na informatykę” project developed by PKP Informatyka, in partnership with Altkom Akademia, was awarded the first prize in the competition organized by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), within the scope of the Human Capital Operating Program – Subaction 2.1.1. The concept developed by the company has beaten 300 other projects submitted for the competition.
In August Altkom Akademia partnered with SAP Polska to deploy innovative solutions streamlining business processes. Thus, the company expanded its ERP system portfolio with the addition of SAP Business One.
Altkom Akademia announced results of the education market status research during a press conference held in Warsaw on 20 May. Despite the economic slowdown, the results of research done with the participation of over 800 Polish companies indicate that employers are aware of the educational needs of their employees and do not save on training courses.
